This piece is still at pre-order: our distributor is taking orders for it, and it comes to us once the studio has produced it. The studio’s current expectation is to be confirmed. Studio dates on pieces at this stage do slip, which is why we show the history rather than hide it.
Reserve with a 10% deposit against £323.99, or pay in full and save 5%; the balance is asked for only once the piece is with us and has passed inspection. Delivery to mainland UK is included and, because we import it, there is no duty or courier VAT bill at the door.

Description
Welcome to the family. Marvel Studios is set to introduce its First Family in Fantastic Four: First Steps, a stylish, 1960s-inspired reboot that blends retro-futurism with thrilling superhero adventure. As they face cosmic threats like Galactus and the Silver Surfer, the team balance their roles as heroes with the strength of their family bond. Among the them, Ben Grimm, aka The Thing, is brought to life by Ebon Moss-Bachrach, whose portrayal emphasizes not only the hero's immense strength but also his deeply human side. Ben's transformation into the rocky-skinned powerhouse, while maintaining his loyalty, heart, and sense of humor, keeps him as Marvel's favorite "ever-lovin', blue-eyed" hero.
Sideshow and Hot Toys is proud to present the The Thing Sixth Scale Collectible Figure. The figure features a rock-like textured body. It also includes two interchangeable head sculpts, one normal version and one bearded version, both with rolling-eyeball function and texture that captures his iconic rock-like form. He wears the Fantastic Four uniform tailored in blue and white ribbed fabric, with the upper part of the suit being removable, allowing collectors to display The Thing in his classic bare-chested look. Completing the outfit is a belt bearing the Fantastic Four emblem and a pair of boots. The figure comes with six interchangeable hands, including fists, relaxed hands, and claw gesture hands for dynamic posing. Presented on a specially designed figure base, he's ready to clobber!

Care
This is an articulated figure, typically with a tailored fabric costume and parts that swap. Support the joint you are moving and pose it gently: forced joints and pegs can snap, and over-posing loosens them. Keep it out of direct sunlight, which fades fabric before it fades paint, and use a soft brush rather than compressed air, which drives dust into seams. Keep spare hands and accessories in their original trays.
Delivery
Delivery to mainland UK is included on every reservation, whatever the price of the piece: there is no delivery charge at checkout and nothing added when the balance is settled. Most pieces ship with UPS on a tracked, signed-for service, double-boxed in the studio's own shipper; the largest travel palletised or by two-person courier, with a delivery day arranged with you. Once the balance is settled, dispatch follows within a few working days and you will have the tracking number as soon as the label is printed. Or collect it free from the Loaded Dice shop at 28 Holton Road, Barry CF63 4HD: tell us when you reserve or before the balance is requested, and we will email you when it is ready. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or outside the United Kingdom.
Reservations & payment
Most pieces here are reserved ahead of production and sold by reservation, not held in stock. Pieces marked as available from UK stock, or as incoming, are reserved from an allocation that already exists and follow the same terms. Reserve with a 10% deposit and pay the balance only when the statue is physically with us and ready to ship — not on an estimated date — or pay in full now and save 5%. If a release slips we say so, on the release tracker and by email. The deposit is non-refundable: if you cancel we retain 10% of the price — for a deposit reservation that is your deposit; if you paid in full, 10% is retained and the balance returned. If we cannot supply a piece you have reserved, we refund everything you have paid in full.
