If you would rather talk it through, call 01446 789 088. The line is answered from the Loaded Dice shop in Barry, Tuesday to Saturday 10:30–16:30 and Sunday 11:00–15:00; outside those hours, email reaches us and we reply on the next working day.

Checking on a dispatch date? The release tracker shows every live estimate alongside the date we last verified it with our distributor — often quicker than asking. How deposits, balances and cancellations work is set out plainly on How reservations work.

Collecting a piece? Reserved pieces can be collected free from the Loaded Dice shop at 28 Holton Road, Barry CF63 4HD, Tuesday to Saturday 10:30–16:30 or Sunday 11:00–15:00. Tell us when you reserve or any time before your balance is requested, and we will email you when it is ready.
