Weight and delivery

Shipping weight
52 kg

This is one of the large pieces. It travels palletised or by two-person courier, with a delivery day arranged with you rather than left to a driver’s round.

Shipping weight is the piece, its inner packing and the studio’s outer shipper together, as our distributor states it — not the weight of the statue alone.

Halidom’s note

Sauron at 1/3 is 117 cm tall — taller than most 1/2 scale pieces, because the character is — with a fabric cloak, a mace the length of a forearm and a base that folds Dagorlad, Mount Doom and Barad-dûr into one battlefield. It is the successor to Prime 1's 1/4 Sauron from five years ago and is a great deal more statue. Treat it as furniture: floor or plinth, and two people to unbox.

The Bonus Version is the edition with the extra parts; the sculpt is the same as the standard release.

Delivery to mainland UK is included, and for a piece this size we arrange a day with you rather than leaving it to the courier's schedule. There is no duty or VAT to pay on arrival.

Our distributor reports this piece as made and inbound to them, with dispatch to you expected Q1 2027. That date is the distributor’s, not ours: we confirm it with them regularly and last checked it on 14 October 2026.

Drawn to scale from the stated height of 117 cm: too tall for a 33 cm cube shelf, and about 3.9 sheets of A4 stacked end to end. The height is the studio’s figure; the outline’s width is indicative. What fits where: the scale guide.
Description

A Colossal Mace of Ruin, The One Ring of Darkness.

The Dark Lord's Terror and Majesty in 1/3 Scale

J.R.R. Tolkien's epic masterpiece, "The Lord of the Rings", was brought to life in an unforgettable film trilogy. Now, from this legendary fantasy saga, Sauron descends upon the Museum Masterline!

Five years after the release of the 1/4 scale statue, the Dark Lord is finally realized in a commanding 1/3 scale. Standing at an imposing 117 cm, this figure embodies both the terror and majesty of the ultimate evil. Every aspect of his presence his stance, the tension in his form, and the balance between power and composure has been meticulously crafted to create a truly fearsome and awe-inspiring presence.

His fearsome armor boasts razor-sharp edges and intricate engravings, while his chainmail of forged steel is woven with painstaking precision. The fabric cloak, frozen in motion, adds a sense of realism and movement. Every element of his battle gear has been crafted with exceptional detail and color accuracy. The colossal mace, which crushed men and elves alike, and The One Ring, his ultimate symbol of power, have been faithfully recreated each imbued with the ominous aura of the Dark Lord.

The custom-designed base fuses elements of Dagorlad, Mount Doom, and Barad-dûr, the very lands steeped in Sauron's dark history. Scattered skulls, cracked earth, and fortress-like walls bring the battlefield to life. LED illumination within The Eye of Sauron and the molten magma casts an eerie red glow, evoking a landscape of pure despair.

Additionally, the Bonus Version includes an exclusive left-hand part gripping a sword. Its piercing blade and ominous pommel evoke the legendary Sword of Sauron as described in Tolkien's writings. This imaginative addition allows you to create an untold battle scene never seen in the films.

A 1/3 scale masterpiece infused with the terror and majesty of the Dark Lord. A must-have for any "Middle-earth" collection.

Care

Polystone and resin are heavy and brittle rather than flexible. Dust with a soft dry brush or microfibre cloth, keep the piece out of direct sunlight to protect the paintwork, and never use solvents or household cleaners on painted surfaces. Lift it by the base, never by a limb, weapon or cape, and take off any separate parts before moving it.

Delivery

Delivery to mainland UK is included on every reservation, whatever the price of the piece: there is no delivery charge at checkout and nothing added when the balance is settled. Most pieces ship with UPS on a tracked, signed-for service, double-boxed in the studio's own shipper; the largest travel palletised or by two-person courier, with a delivery day arranged with you. Once the balance is settled, dispatch follows within a few working days and you will have the tracking number as soon as the label is printed. Or collect it free from the Loaded Dice shop at 28 Holton Road, Barry CF63 4HD: tell us when you reserve or before the balance is requested, and we will email you when it is ready. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or outside the United Kingdom.

Reservations & payment

Most pieces here are reserved ahead of production and sold by reservation, not held in stock. Pieces marked as available from UK stock, or as incoming, are reserved from an allocation that already exists and follow the same terms. Reserve with a 10% deposit and pay the balance only when the statue is physically with us and ready to ship — not on an estimated date — or pay in full now and save 5%. If a release slips we say so, on the release tracker and by email. The deposit is non-refundable: if you cancel we retain 10% of the price — for a deposit reservation that is your deposit; if you paid in full, 10% is retained and the balance returned. If we cannot supply a piece you have reserved, we refund everything you have paid in full.
