Shipping weight is the piece, its inner packing and the studio’s outer shipper together, as our distributor states it — not the weight of the statue alone.
Halidom’s note
This is Sideshow Collectibles’ Essek Thelyss - Mighty Nein, made under the Critical Role licence. It stands 34 cm tall including the base, which is roughly a hand-span tall: two or three to a shelf in a RUDSTA-class cabinet. Our scale guide has the cabinet measurements.
This one is already in the UK, held by our distributor: reserve it and it is dispatched within 28 days, from UK stock, with nothing to import.
Reserving it costs a £29.50 deposit against £294.99, or 5% off for paying in full up front; the balance is asked for only once the piece is with us and has passed our inspection. The deposit is non-refundable; because the piece costs more than £100, paying any part of it by credit card may bring Section 75 protection. Delivery to mainland UK is included and, because we import it, there is no duty or courier VAT bill at the door.
Sideshow’s own statues are polystone, mostly at 1/4, and its Premium Format pieces are heavy for their size — check the weight against your shelf’s rating.

Description
"Time is one of my specialties."
Sideshow presents the Essek Thelyss - Mighty Nein Statue, an enchanting new figure in the official Critical Role collection. This fully sculpted, three-dimensional collectible measures 13.29" tall x 8.4" wide x 9" deep and puts the spotlight on the Shadowhand of the Kryn Dynasty.
With a specialty for the dangerous unknown, Essek Thelyss is a skilled mage whose arcane abilities come to aid the Mighty Nein in their travels across Wildemount. He appears elusive and arrogant at first, but his interactions with the party show him a new kind of magic - friendship and forgiveness. The Essek Thelyss - Mighty Nein Statue captures his charismatic confidence as he channels the art of dunamancy, which is the power of potentiality, chance, and fate.
The Essek Thelyss - Mighty Nein Statue appears to hover above a hexagonal faux-stone base engraved with the Mighty Nein monogram, showing his allegiance to the team of adventurers. He wears a dark cloak overlaid with ornate silver shoulder armor, and beneath it is a set of Xhorhasian-styled garments that complement his purple complexion. Essek's handsome elven portrait features short white hair and silver ear jewelry accenting his self-assured expression. Pair this Critical Role collectible with members of the Mighty Nein, including his eventual partner Caleb Widogast, for an even more powerful party of world-saving heroes.
Don't leave this up to chance! Recognize the full potential of your collection and bring home the Essek Thelyss - Mighty Nein Statue today.
Care
Polystone and resin are heavy and brittle rather than flexible. Dust with a soft dry brush or microfibre cloth, keep the piece out of direct sunlight to protect the paintwork, and never use solvents or household cleaners on painted surfaces. Lift it by the base, never by a limb, weapon or cape, and take off any separate parts before moving it.
Delivery
Delivery to mainland UK is included on every reservation, whatever the price of the piece: there is no delivery charge at checkout and nothing added when the balance is settled. Most pieces ship with UPS on a tracked, signed-for service, double-boxed in the studio's own shipper; the largest travel palletised or by two-person courier, with a delivery day arranged with you. Once the balance is settled, dispatch follows within a few working days and you will have the tracking number as soon as the label is printed. Or collect it free from the Loaded Dice shop at 28 Holton Road, Barry CF63 4HD: tell us when you reserve or before the balance is requested, and we will email you when it is ready. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or outside the United Kingdom.
Reservations & payment
Most pieces here are reserved ahead of production and sold by reservation, not held in stock. Pieces marked as available from UK stock, or as incoming, are reserved from an allocation that already exists and follow the same terms. Reserve with a 10% deposit and pay the balance only when the statue is physically with us and ready to ship — not on an estimated date — or pay in full now and save 5%. If a release slips we say so, on the release tracker and by email. The deposit is non-refundable: if you cancel we retain 10% of the price — for a deposit reservation that is your deposit; if you paid in full, 10% is retained and the balance returned. If we cannot supply a piece you have reserved, we refund everything you have paid in full.
