Description
"An audience needs something stronger than a pretty little love story. So, why shouldn't I write of monsters?" - Mary Shelley (The Bride of Frankenstein, 1935)
Sideshow presents The Bride of Frankenstein Premium Format Mixed Media™ Figure, an officially licensed Universal Monsters collectible. This detailed statue features real fabric costuming paired with sculptural elements for an electrifying, full-color tribute to Elsa Lanchester's performance as the iconic monster's mate in The Bride of Frankenstein (1935).
Though her screen time lasted mere minutes, The Bride of Frankenstein has become immortalized in horror cinema for her striking appearance and piercing shriek. Sideshow is proud to offer collectors a stunning new quarter-scale rendition of the Bride, draped in a flowing white fabric gown with lacing down the spine. Beneath her outer dressings, The Bride of Frankenstein Premium Format Mixed Media™ Figure features a fully detailed polystone sculpt of her bandage-wrapped body. Newly awakened, she stands on the ramshackle wood flooring of Henry Frankenstein's laboratory.
To better encompass Elsa Lanchester's unforgettable silver screen presence, The Bride of Frankenstein Premium Format Mixed Media™ Figure includes two detailed portraits that bring cinema history to life in true behind-the-scenes fashion. Based on the actual colors of the wig worn in the production, the Bride has red hair with white streaks on either temple, accented with pearlescent paint to emphasize the shock value of that memorable style. Capture her wide-eyed confusion and curiosity with her neutral expression or unleash a horrified hiss and display her screaming expression. Each portrait is finished with a pallid complexion and her stunning yet subtle makeup application.
Pair this high-end Universal Monsters statue with other releases sold separately in the Sideshow collection, including the Frankenstein Premium Format Mixed Media™ Figure, based on 1931's Frankenstein film, for the ultimate tribute to horror in your home.

Care
Polystone and resin are heavy and brittle rather than flexible. Dust with a soft dry brush or microfibre cloth, keep the piece out of direct sunlight to protect the paintwork, and never use solvents or household cleaners on painted surfaces. Lift it by the base, never by a limb, weapon or cape, and take off any separate parts before moving it.
Delivery
Delivery to mainland UK is included on every reservation, whatever the price of the piece: there is no delivery charge at checkout and nothing added when the balance is settled. Most pieces ship with UPS on a tracked, signed-for service, double-boxed in the studio's own shipper; the largest travel palletised or by two-person courier, with a delivery day arranged with you. Once the balance is settled, dispatch follows within a few working days and you will have the tracking number as soon as the label is printed. Or collect it free from the Loaded Dice shop at 28 Holton Road, Barry CF63 4HD: tell us when you reserve or before the balance is requested, and we will email you when it is ready. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or outside the United Kingdom.
Reservations & payment
Most pieces here are reserved ahead of production and sold by reservation, not held in stock. Pieces marked as available from UK stock, or as incoming, are reserved from an allocation that already exists and follow the same terms. Reserve with a 10% deposit and pay the balance only when the statue is physically with us and ready to ship — not on an estimated date — or pay in full now and save 5%. If a release slips we say so, on the release tracker and by email. The deposit is non-refundable: if you cancel we retain 10% of the price — for a deposit reservation that is your deposit; if you paid in full, 10% is retained and the balance returned. If we cannot supply a piece you have reserved, we refund everything you have paid in full.
