Care
Polystone asks little: a soft dry brush or microfibre cloth for dust, a spot out of direct sunlight to protect the paintwork, and never solvents or household cleaners on painted surfaces. Fabric elements prefer a gentle brush to compressed air, which drives dust into seams rather than off them. Pieces with lighting should be unplugged before cleaning.

The deposit is non-refundable: if you cancel we retain 10% of the price — for a deposit reservation that is your deposit; if you paid in full, 10% is retained and the balance returned. If we cannot supply a piece you have reserved, we refund everything you have paid in full.
