Fabric elements prefer a gentle brush to compressed air, which drives dust into seams rather than off them. Pieces with lighting should be unplugged before cleaning.

If a release slips we say so, on the release tracker and by email. The deposit is non-refundable: if you cancel we retain 10% of the price — for a deposit reservation that is your deposit; if you paid in full, 10% is retained and the balance returned. If we cannot supply a piece you have reserved, we refund everything you have paid in full.
