Shipping weight is the piece, its inner packing and the studio’s outer shipper together, as our distributor states it — not the weight of the statue alone.
Halidom’s note
Spider-Man (Battle Damaged Version), Hot Toys’ Marvel figure at 1/6 scale. It stands 30 cm tall including the base, which is roughly a hand-span tall: two or three to a shelf in a RUDSTA-class cabinet. Our scale guide has the cabinet measurements.
This piece is still at pre-order: our distributor is taking orders for it, and it comes to us once the studio has produced it. The studio’s current expectation is Q2 2027, last checked on 14 October 2026. Studio dates on pieces at this stage do slip, which is why we show the history rather than hide it.
Reserving it costs a £33.60 deposit against £347.99, or 5% off for paying in full up front; the balance is asked for only once the piece is with us and has passed our inspection. The deposit is non-refundable; because the piece costs more than £100, paying any part of it by credit card may bring Section 75 protection. Delivery to mainland UK is included and, because we import it, there is no duty or courier VAT bill at the door.
Hot Toys’ 1/6 figures are articulated, with tailored fabric costumes rather than a single sculpt, so they are posed rather than fixed — keep them out of direct sunlight, which fades fabric before it fades paint.

Description
"I have a father. His name was Ben Parker." - Spider-Man
In Sam Raimi's groundbreaking Spider-Man, Peter Parker faces his greatest challenge when the maniacal Green Goblin forces him into a brutal final confrontation. The climactic battle pushes him to his absolute limits, leaving his suit torn and his body battered. This iconic showdown showcased not just Spider-Man's incredible powers but his unwavering determination to protect those he loves, even when pushed beyond the breaking point.
Hot Toys is thrilled to present the highly anticipated 1/6th scale Spider-Man (Battle Damaged Version) Collectible Figure, capturing the web-slinger in his most vulnerable and heroic moment. This figure includes one battle-damaged head sculpt wearing a ripped mask with a shattered lens, revealing Tobey Maguire's authentic likeness beneath. A strip of brown colored wool material hair has been meticulously implanted on the fringe to add remarkable realism. Additionally, a newly developed masked head is included for interchangeable display options.
The newly tailored red and dark blue Spider-Man suit is crafted from elastic fabric material, designed to enhance articulation while showcasing extensive battle damage throughout. Multiple torn sections reveal the underlying body and painted blood effects, authentically capturing the intensity of the fierce battle with Green Goblin. Six strings of spider web in varying shapes and lengths are included, attachable to the web shooting and holding hands to recreate Spider-Man's signature moves.
For accessories, the figure comes with a battle-damaged Green Goblin helmet. A specially designed diorama figure base completes the package, featuring a heavily weathered remnant of a Goblin Glider and destroyed red brick walls, allowing collectors to recreate the dramatic showdown.
The battle-damaged appearance of Spider-Man is a powerful visual representation of the sacrifices heroes must make. Pre-order now and bring the hero from the movie to life in your Spider-Man display!
Care
This is an articulated figure, typically with a tailored fabric costume and parts that swap. Support the joint you are moving and pose it gently: forced joints and pegs can snap, and over-posing loosens them. Keep it out of direct sunlight, which fades fabric before it fades paint, and use a soft brush rather than compressed air, which drives dust into seams. Keep spare hands and accessories in their original trays.
Delivery
Delivery to mainland UK is included on every reservation, whatever the price of the piece: there is no delivery charge at checkout and nothing added when the balance is settled. Most pieces ship with UPS on a tracked, signed-for service, double-boxed in the studio's own shipper; the largest travel palletised or by two-person courier, with a delivery day arranged with you. Once the balance is settled, dispatch follows within a few working days and you will have the tracking number as soon as the label is printed. Or collect it free from the Loaded Dice shop at 28 Holton Road, Barry CF63 4HD: tell us when you reserve or before the balance is requested, and we will email you when it is ready. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or outside the United Kingdom.
Reservations & payment
Most pieces here are reserved ahead of production and sold by reservation, not held in stock. Pieces marked as available from UK stock, or as incoming, are reserved from an allocation that already exists and follow the same terms. Reserve with a 10% deposit and pay the balance only when the statue is physically with us and ready to ship — not on an estimated date — or pay in full now and save 5%. If a release slips we say so, on the release tracker and by email. The deposit is non-refundable: if you cancel we retain 10% of the price — for a deposit reservation that is your deposit; if you paid in full, 10% is retained and the balance returned. If we cannot supply a piece you have reserved, we refund everything you have paid in full.
