Polystone asks little: a soft dry brush or microfibre cloth for dust, a spot out of direct sunlight to protect the paintwork, and never solvents or household cleaners on painted surfaces. Fabric elements prefer a gentle brush to compressed air, which drives dust into seams rather than off them. Pieces with lighting should be unplugged before cleaning.

If a release slips we say so, on the release tracker and by email. If we cannot supply a piece you have reserved, we refund everything you have paid in full.
