Halidom’s note

A metre of Big Chap, the Close Up Shot pose, in the DX Bonus configuration, which is the top of the tree for this sculpt: the Deluxe extras plus the studio's bonus part. It is Prime 1's largest Alien and, at 1/3, the xenomorph reads as the biomechanical object Giger drew rather than a costume.

At a hundred centimetres this is furniture. Plan a plinth or the floor, and two people for the boxes. The Regular and Deluxe editions of the same sculpt sit further down this page if you want the creature without the extras.

This piece is still at pre-order: our distributor is taking orders for it, and it comes to us once the studio has produced it. The studio’s current expectation is Q1 2028, last checked on 14 October 2026. Studio dates on pieces at this stage do slip, which is why we show the history rather than hide it.

The dim corridors stir with the silhouette of Rambaldi’s creation. A claustrophobic drama in space, captured on XL. From the film "Alien," which laid the groundwork for sci-fi suspense, the Big Chap Xenomorph Close Up Shot Ver. emerges in Museum Masterline XL. The “Rambaldi Head” defined the Big Chap’s iconic look. This statue stands 100 cm tall at 1/3 scale and features the Close-Up Shot Head based on the work of visual effects artist Carlo Rambaldi. The hood’s transparency, the complex structure around the mouth, and the gaps born of its skeletal design—every element was pursued with on-screen accuracy in mind. Its unsettling pose, impossible to read at a glance, also reflects the tall stature and physicality of Bolaji Badejo, who portrayed the creature. Draped in finely rendered detail, it conveys the suffocating tension of a confined space. The special base is inspired by the interior of the Nostromo. From the rugged textures of the piping to the somber red applied to the mesh plates, the details are built up throughout. The Interior Wall with LED Illumination, which heightens the sense of confinement, is also removable. Detach it to appreciate the Big Chap’s sculpt from every angle. Create a moment of despair with the protruding inner mouth. With both arms held forward, the Big Chap closes in on its prey. The set also includes head stands and two logo plates. Combine them freely and enjoy a variety of display scenes. In addition, the DX Bonus Version includes Jones, the ship’s cat, together with a carry case that can be opened and closed. It projects the Big Chap’s menace, human folly, and the answer to survival onto your display. Rambaldi’s sculptural beauty and the tension of a sealed space—captured in XL. Polystone and resin are heavy and brittle rather than flexible. Dust with a soft dry brush or microfibre cloth, keep the piece out of direct sunlight to protect the paintwork, and never use solvents or household cleaners on painted surfaces. Lift it by the base, never by a limb, weapon or cape, and take off any separate parts before moving it.

Delivery to mainland UK is included on every reservation, whatever the price of the piece: there is no delivery charge at checkout and nothing added when the balance is settled. Most pieces ship with UPS on a tracked, signed-for service, double-boxed in the studio's own shipper; the largest travel palletised or by two-person courier, with a delivery day arranged with you. Once the balance is settled, dispatch follows within a few working days and you will have the tracking number as soon as the label is printed.
